RETURNS

US CUSTOMERS: If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused igloocoolerax purchased from igloocoolerax.shop can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please visit our Returns Dashboard to initiate your return automatically. Refund is subject to confirmation of returned product received and processed at our warehouse.

If returning outside the 30 day window, please reach out to [email protected] for valid address to ship to and further instructions.
